Sensio Brand Portal
We also wanted to make it easier for customers to access the assets they needed as missed emails and expired WeTransfer links were slowing projects down. So, we created the Sensio Brand Portal, a centralised portal housing imagery, CAD files, brand guidelines and more. Providing quick and consistent access to up-to-date materials, the portal helps our partners maintain brand consistency and create their own sales resources efficiently.

Training
Alongside online support, we deliver a dedicated training programme to our UK and Ireland customer base. With both national and regional training managers, customers can book sessions designed to enhance staff knowledge and confidence. These can be on-site via the MiCK Van, our Mobile Illumination Centre for KBB, or you can travel to our showroom for larger group training. These sessions offer hands-on experience with Sensio products, guidance on correct specification, supporting materials such as training booklets and the opportunity to speak directly with an expert. We will also be introducing a digital Training Platform in 2026; keep your eye out for that!
